Mr. Emmanuel Ekpo - Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Graduate of Business Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City and has an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is a visionary business entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in Business Management. He has contributed immensely and participated in various oil and gas seminars in recent times. His vast influence in the business has earned the company the agency and partnership with major companies abroad. He is responsible for strategic planning and development of a unified corporate vision and strategy and has contributed in maintaining high operational and credit facilities, management development program, and managing resources efficiently which has increased organizational return in investment.

Mr. Dare Ayebusiwa - Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is a graduate of Accounting from University of Ado Ekiti, Masters in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University and Masters in Finance from University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a visionary project and operations manager with wealth of experience in contract and project management. As Operations Director, he has over 15 years’ experience in contract financing and management and has negotiated several deals ranging from trade to energy and from consulting to construction; his direct interaction with major players of the industry has been one major factor that fueled the growth of the company. He has attended several programs in Entrepreneurship, finance, marketing and management. He is responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of unified corporate vision and strategy and has contributed to ensuring and maintaining high operational and credit facilities for execution of various projects of the company in the Oil and Gas industry.

Mr. Emmanuel Johnson - Finance Manager

Graduate of Accounting from the Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori with over 12 years' experience in Oil and Gas financial management and reporting. He is seasoned financial analyst with over 12 years of experience in Business and Financial Management. He has contributed immensely and participated in various oil and gas seminars especially in the area of contract administration and project financing. He is responsible for organisation’s financial planning and control in line with corporate vision and strategy and has contributed in maintaining high operational and credit facilities, management development program, and managing resources efficiently which has increased organizational return in investment. He performs feasibility studies, profitability and economic analysis, cost benefit analysis, energy use analysis and process development. He has professional qualifications in Essentials of Human Resources Mgt (EHRM) and ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor, PMP Prep Certification Course, PHR Prep Certification Course. Associate member ICAN.

Mr. Tennyson Ibiye - Project Manager

The Project Manager is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt. He has a vast of experience in project management, construction management and business development stemmed from major EPC contracts in the oil and gas onshore and offshore facilities, transportation pipelines, downstream and upstream facility upgrade, Onshore/Offshore petroleum products delivery supervision, Product Quality Analysis, including project support and services with both operating and design services contractor. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of all projects and ensures that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly. With over 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, he has successfully supervised and monitored Engineering designs, analysis and installation in conformity with detailed work scope and specification on subject project. He prepares all work procedures, non-conformance/safety resolution reports and ensuring safety compliance.

Mr. Samuel Ejeh - Human Resources and Admin Manager

Mr Samuel Ejeh is the Human Resources and Administration Manager with over 12 years Human capital and HR management experience. He oversees all aspects of business management and consulting, personnel sourcing, hiring, skill development and benefits for Micro-Net International Limited. He ensures that culture and core values of the organization are maintained and ensures success of the day to day operations of the organization. He is a graduate of Marketing (Higher National Diploma) from Kaduna Polytechnic and Post Graduate Diploma in Bus. Management from Benue state University

Mrs. Chioma Nwaneri - Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a graduate of Linguistics (Modern European Languages) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University. She has 8 years wealth of experience in the Oil and gas industry and Specializes in building market positions by sourcing, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. She Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, in order to enhance corporate capacity. She tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments in achieving organizations overall objectives. She locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities as well as enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Mr. Ajiri Ben Dave - Technical Manager

Graduate of Mechanical Engineering and MBA, Over 7 years experience in piping, mechanical design and construction activities for oil and gas production facilities, plant layout design, pipe routing and material selection capabilities for on-shore and off-shore. CAD proficiency.

Mr. Solomon Itiba - Director Fleet Operations

Graduate of Accounting and MBA, 10 years of experience, good operational capabilities and marketing strategy, proven track record of project control and coordination, goal oriented and recognition for meeting deadlines, remaining within budget and for maintaining the highest level of safety.
